Top reasons warranty claims get denied

Most denied warranty claims are paperwork problems. The repair may have been done. The file did not prove it.

These are the gaps the WarrFix team sees most often:

  • The complaint, cause, or correction is missing or too thin to match the repair order.
  • The labor operation or the causal part on the claim does not match what the technician wrote.
  • A photo, a test result, or a scan printout was required and is not attached.
  • Diagnostic codes are mentioned without the printout that shows them.
  • The claim runs past the time standard, or it sits outside the coverage rules, and the file does not explain that with facts already on the repair order.

WarrFix does not invent the missing test, part, or code. If it is not in the documents, it goes on a missing-docs list and the dealer is asked for it. A reviewer approves the rebuild before the store sees it. The store resubmits in the OEM portal.
