FAQ

What does WarrFix cost?

20% of the money actually recovered. Your first 5 claims are free. If a claim pays nothing, the fee is nothing. On a partial payment, the fee is 20% of the amount the OEM actually paid.

Does WarrFix log in to the OEM warranty portal?

No. WarrFix never asks for, stores, or uses OEM portal credentials. Your warranty admin resubmits the rebuilt claim in the portal you already use.

Who approves the rebuilt claim?

The WarrFix team reviews every claim. A dealer does not see a claim as rebuilt until a reviewer approves it.

What should we send?

The repair order, the denial or debit notice, tech notes, scan-tool or diagnostic reports, and photos. PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, CSV, and XLSX are accepted, up to 25MB per file.

Which brands do you work with?

Franchised new-car stores. The public site has pages for Ford, GM, Stellantis, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Subaru, and BMW. The review is based on your documents, not a copied OEM manual.

How do you handle our data?

Claim files sit in private storage. Download links expire after 10 minutes.

What if the story in the repair order is thin?

We do not invent labor, parts, tests, trouble codes, or measurements. Missing facts go on a checklist so your team can add the document that supports them.
