How it works
WarrFix is a review desk for denied warranty claims. You keep the OEM portal. We do the rebuild.
1. You upload the file set
For each denied, rejected, or debited claim, send the repair order, the OEM notice, tech story notes, diagnostic printouts, and photos. You can also type the RO number, VIN, mileage, claimed amount, and denial code if you have them handy.
2. We extract only what the documents say
The draft pulls the concern, the cause, the correction, labor, parts, and trouble codes from your files. If a fact is not in the documents, it goes on a missing-docs checklist. We do not invent labor, parts, tests, codes, or measurements. Every line in the story cites the source document and page.
3. A reviewer approves it
Nothing is marked rebuilt for your store until someone on the WarrFix team approves it. You can be asked for a photo, a freeze frame, or a test result before that happens.
4. Your warranty admin resubmits
You get a corrected complaint, cause, and correction, a suggested labor op and causal part when those are in the file, resubmission notes, and a PDF. Your admin enters it in the OEM portal. WarrFix never logs in.
5. You record what got paid
Mark the claim resubmitted, then record the amount paid and upload the remittance. The fee is 20% of that amount. The first 5 claims are free. No payment, no fee.
