Who we are

WarrFix operates warrfix.com. Contact the WarrFix team through the contact page.

Information we collect

From the review form: dealership name, OEM brands, city, state, contact name, role, email, phone, approximate denied-claim volume, and DMS. From an account: the same profile details, rooftops, and a billing contact. From a claim: repair orders, denial notices, tech notes, photos, VIN, mileage, amounts, comments, and payment proof and warranty credit statements you upload. We also store an acceptance record (user, time, IP address) when terms are accepted, and an audit record when a file is viewed or downloaded.

How we use it

We use this information to review and draft warranty claims, to email you about your account and your claims, to invoice recovered amounts, and to secure the service. We do not sell personal information. When a document is sent to a model, vehicle-owner name, phone, and address are removed when the claim does not need them.

OEM portals

We do not request, store, or use OEM portal credentials.

Sharing

Processors include the database and file host, the email sender, the payment processor for invoices, and the model provider used to draft a claim. They process data to provide the service. We do not give claim files to other dealerships.

Retention and deletion

The default retention period is 24 months, and an organization owner can change it. An owner can request deletion of the organization's data from the account settings. Backups may take additional time to age out.

Security

Files are in private storage. Download links expire after 10 minutes. Database access is limited by row-level policies. Traffic uses HTTPS.
