Security

Warranty files are full of customer and vehicle data. Our product is built so a store only sees its own claims, and so WarrFix never holds the OEM login.

• No OEM portal credentials

  Our product does not have a field for an OEM username or password. Your warranty admin resubmits in the portal. We will not ask you to share that login on a call, in email, or in a file.

• Private storage

  Repair orders and photos go in a private bucket. There is no public file link. When someone on your team opens a file, the link expires after 10 minutes, and the view is written to the audit log.

• Row-level access

  Each dealership is an organization. Database policies limit a signed-in user to their own organization. The WarrFix team uses a separate admin role.

• Encryption

  The site is served over HTTPS. Database encryption at rest is provided by the database host. Vehicle-owner name, phone, and address are stripped from the text sent to the model when the claim does not need them. VIN and repair-order data stay, because the claim needs them.

• Deletion and retention

  The default retention window is 24 months, and an owner can change it. An owner can also request deletion of the organization's data. An NDA is available from the WarrFix team.
